In July 2003, Balbiino's new frozen foods logistics centre was completed. The total floor space of the logistics centre was 6,600 square metres, of which the freezer areas made up 4000 square metres. In March 2007, an addition to the frozen products warehouse was completed, and this increased the freezer space by an additional 1500 square metres.

Besides the manufacture and sale of ice cream, the sale of other deep-frozen foods occupies an important place in AS Balbiino's activity. Balbiino engages in cooperation with a number of food manufacturers well-known in Estonia or in the rest of Europe. Balbiino also markets various baked goods, vegetable, meat and fish products under the Balbiino-owned trademarks such as Härmavilja, Culinare and Marine.

	CULINARE Balbiino's own brand, marketing various size packages of flaky pastry dough and other dough and pastry crust products, a variety of pizzas, minced meat products and meat dumping/wontons.
