Filo dough pie with Brie cheese and Härmavilja Vegetable Mix
- Härmavilja Vegetable Mix 300g
- Filo dough 100g
- Chicken 200g
- Brie cheese 50g
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and saute in a pan. Add VIP vegetable mix to the chicken and simmer gently in a pan. Cut the filo dough into suitable squares and smear with the melted butter to prevent the filo from drying.
Place the chicken-vegetable mix and the brie cheese cubes on the squares. Roll the filo dough together, smear with egg and then brown the pie in the pan.
