Warm, sincere and always open-hearted Onu Eskimo (Uncle Eskimo), aka Evald Rooma, started producing ice cream in Estonia in 1932. The first large batch of ice cream tickled the taste buds of people at the Tartu Song Festival in 1934. Its long and colourful history of ice cream production probably makes Onu Eskimo the most beautiful example of pure love for ice cream. The Onu Eskimo dairy ice cream range is Balbiino’s tribute to Evald Rooma.
Salted caramel adds an unexpected flavour nuance to the familiar taste of baked apple dairy ice cream. Eat it on its own or serve with a hot drink!
